Was bedeutet eUICC?
Die eUICC-Technologie revolutioniert die traditionelle SIM-Karte, indem sie mehrere Profile auf einer einzigen Karte ermöglicht, die mit jedem SIM-Formfaktor kompatibel ist. In Zukunft werden Sie in der Lage sein, mehrere Netzwerkprofile über unsere IoT-Suite per Fernzugriff over-the-air (OTA) bereitzustellen, ohne dass die SIM-Karte vor Ort physisch ausgetauscht werden muss. Was ist pLTE?
Private LTE bezieht sich auf ein lokales drahtloses Netzwerk, das die von Mobilfunknetzen verwendete LTE-Technologie nutzt, um drahtlose Hochgeschwindigkeitskommunikation in einem bestimmten Gebiet bereitzustellen. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Mobilfunknetzen, die von öffentlichen Netzbetreibern betrieben werden, sind private LTE-Netze jedoch im Besitz privater Organisationen und werden von diesen für ihre spezifischen Bedürfnisse eingerichtet und betrieben.
Es gibt 3 Hauptvarianten:
- Privater LTE-Kern mit öffentlichen Mobilfunknetzen - Bei dieser Lösung können Sie öffentliche LTE-Netze nutzen, aber der gesamte Datenverkehr wird über das mobile IPX-Netz zu Ihrem eigenen Paket-Gateway (P-GW) zurückgeführt. Dieses Setup ermöglicht eine erweiterte Sicherheit, wobei sich das P-GW in Ihrer eigenen Cloud oder Rechenzentrumsumgebung befindet.
- Privater LTE-Kern mit privatem Funknetz - Dies ist eine eigenständige Variante der privaten LTE-Infrastruktur. Sie ist in bestimmten Ländern verfügbar, in denen öffentliches LTE-Spektrum zur Verfügung steht. Der private LTE-Kern wird vor Ort oder in einer Cloud-Umgebung bereitgestellt. Der gesamte Verkehr im privaten Funknetz wird zu diesem privaten LTE-Kern zurückgeführt. Diese Lösung eignet sich für abgelegene Standorte oder Campus-Umgebungen, in denen die mobilen LTE-Geräte den geografischen Fußabdruck des Funknetzes nicht verlassen.
- Privater LTE-Kern mit öffentlichen und privaten Netzen - Diese Bereitstellung kombiniert die Vorteile eines privaten Funknetzes mit öffentlichen Mobilfunknetzen und ermöglicht eine nahtlose Konnektivität, wenn sich Geräte in den Bereich des privaten Funknetzes hinein- und herausbewegen.

Was bedeutet eSIM?
Ein eSIM (embedded Subscriber Identity Module) ist eine digitale Konfiguration, die auf einem eUICC-Chip (embedded Universal Integrated Circuit Card) in einem Gerät gespeichert ist. Sie ersetzt die physische SIM-Karte und enthält Betreiberinformationen, Netzeinstellungen und Authentifizierungsdetails. Ein eSIM-Profil ermöglicht es Geräten, sich mit Mobilfunknetzen zu verbinden, den Netzbetreiber aus der Ferne zu wechseln und den Zugriff auf Mobilfunkdienste zu vereinfachen.
